CRADLE Consultancy

CRADLE Consultancy is a specialist pregnancy loss social enterprise, funded by private sector organisations. With the support of our corporate partners we are able to deliver free specialist training sessions and wellbeing support to student and qualified healthcare professionals, who work in the public sector.
 
Our partnerships have purpose and create opportunities for social value delivery across more than 45 NHS CRADLE services across the UK, as well as supporting us to extend the CRADLE pathway into the private healthcare sector.
 
We work with our corporate partners to develop the existing support in place for their employees by developing an open culture and creating a platform for opening and holding comfortable discussions around infertility, women’s health and family forming.
 
CRADLE Consultancy Community Interest Company provides income (from profit) which is donated to CRADLE Charity.

Throughout my career in recruitment and business development, I have enjoyed connecting people and building networks. My focus is to build an early pregnancy loss network which promotes sharing knowledge, ideas and keeping early pregnancy loss firmly on the agenda.

DIRECTOR

Over the last 25 years, I have gained a range of skills and experience from my roles in corporate finance and more recently as a certified NLP Practitioner and Wellbeing Life Coach. With personal experience of returning to work following an ectopic pregnancy, I understand the importance of ensuring that the process is planned and meets the needs and expectations of bereaved employees.

I am available to also provide patient insight during early pregnancy loss symposiums and study days with Universities and Corporate HR teams.
