CRADLE.

Preventing feelings of loneliness and isolation following a pregnancy loss, or termination of pregnancy.

CRADLE
CHARITY

CRADLE is a national Mental Health charity providing support to anyone affected by the death of a baby during pregnancy, or termination of pregnancy. Our goal is to prevent feelings of isolation and loneliness that can often follow a traumatic pregnancy experience and to build a community of support for those who are looking to connect with others who may have a shared experience. We work nationally with the NHS to create a deliver services and CRADLE pathways of support that begin during clinical care and continue long after a patient is at home recovering.

Our support services include our weekly support group CONNECTED which is delivered by our team of qualified counsellors, our Community Forum which a qualified counsellor hosts, and our Podcast presented by Trustee and TV and Radio Presenter Kay Crewdson. We provide outreach and community support across the UK and support schools to educate their students in pregnancy outcomes and to raise awareness of life threatening Ectopic Pregnancy.

We are incredibly grateful to all of the retailers, wholesalers and hotels who donate toiletries for the CRADLE Comfort bag project. Every donation allows us to provide this service to more than 45 Hospitals across the UK for women experiencing pregnancy loss during their hospital stay.

CRADLE
AMBASSADORS

CRADLE Charity has a team of ambassadors across the UK who appeal for toiletries and prepare Comfort Bags for their chosen hospital. We also have a team of NHS CRADLE Ambassadors who have launched CRADLE in their hospitals as part of their bereavement service.
